Move in a way that brings you back to your body, quietens your mind and reconnects you with the wisdom already within.

Begin exactly where you are

Movement is living medicine

My classes are an invitation to soften stress, restore your natural rhythm and meet your body with curiosity rather than judgement. Some days we move; some days we rest. Breath, presence and choice guide the way.

Strength & presence

Hatha Yoga

Steady, accessible postures woven with breath and awareness to build strength, mobility and embodied confidence.

Stillness & release

Yin Yoga

A spacious floor-based practice with long-held, supported shapes. Like a panda bear, we settle among bolsters, cushions and blocks and let time do its quiet work.

Body, mind & soul

Breath & Meditation

Simple practices to settle the mind, deepen self-awareness and create a little more room inside your day.

Joy & connection

Laughter Yoga

Playful breath, movement and shared laughter to lift energy, release tension and reconnect us with joy.

Sit quietly, breathe and just be.▶ SurrenderListen on Suno

What is Yin Yoga?

My Restorative Somatic style of Yin Yoga is a deliciously slow practice involving many poses on the ground, surrounded by bolsters, cushions and blocks, in lying, sitting or kneeling positions.

Trauma-Informed Yoga

I offer Trauma-Informed Yoga sessions designed to gently support people in reconnecting with their bodies, breath and inner sense of safety. Rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness and my background as a mental health social worker, each class is held with compassion and care for those who have experienced trauma, stress or emotional overwhelm.

We focus on nervous-system regulation, choice-making and present-moment awareness—empowering each person to move at their own pace, develop trust in their body and nurture grounding and resilience.

These sessions are ideal for community groups, support organisations, wellbeing programs and therapeutic settings. I can come to your space or host your group in a quiet, supportive environment.
