I guide weekly Yin Yoga classes to invite deep rest, release tension, and gently open the body through long-held postures. My Slow Flow Vinyasa sessions are a meditative blend of breath and movement—grounding, soulful, and accessible for all levels. For something truly unique, experience the Aerial Sound Bath, where you're cocooned in a silk hammock while immersed in a live sound journey of Tibetan singing bowls, rainsticks, and shamanic drum.
Each class is designed to support body, mind, and spirit. Step into a nurturing space where you can unwind, reconnect, and restore.

Step into a sanctuary of stillness, sound and soulful movement.
I warmly invite you to experience a range of holistic healing and embodied practices, offered in person at the tranquil House of Prana in Launceston. You can immerse yourself in an Aerial Sound Bath, where you’ll surrender into supported stillness as healing frequencies wash over your body and mind. For deep release and restoration, Yin Yoga offers gentle, long-held poses that nourish the nervous system. If you’re seeking mindful movement, Slow Flow Vinyasa invites you to awaken and strengthen the body while connecting with your breath. I also offer private one-on-one Sound Healing or Reiki sessions, tailored to support emotional release, energetic alignment, and inner clarity. Private or small group sessions are available.
Whether you’re seeking to ground your energy, soften stress, or reconnect with your inner wisdom, there’s a space here for you.
This beautiful course was born during a time of uncertainty — recorded live on Zoom while I was house-sitting around Australia during the COVID lockdowns, when yoga studios were shut and our little family was navigating homelessness. Despite the chaos outside, Yin Yoga became a grounding sanctuary — and now I offer that same sense of stillness, healing, and wisdom to you.
Yin Yoga can feel mysterious at first: Why do we hold poses for so long? What is fascia? How do I quiet my racing thoughts? This course gently unpacks all of that.
In this nurturing 4-week journey, you'll be lovingly guided through the foundations of Yin Yoga in a down-to-earth, supportive way. You'll learn:
• How to modify postures for your unique body
• Why stillness and deep breathing matter
• What fascia is and how Yin supports it
• Techniques to calm your nervous system and settle your mind
This isn't just a bunch of videos — it's a heart-led, information-rich experience designed to help you feel empowered, informed, and nourished in your body and breath.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning to your mat after time away, this course is a beautiful way to reconnect.
I offer Trauma-Informed Yoga sessions designed to gently support individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, breath, and inner sense of safety. Rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and my background as a mental health social worker, these classes are held with compassion and care for those who have experienced trauma, stress, or emotional overwhelm.
Each session focuses on nervous system regulation, choice-making, and present-moment awareness—empowering participants to move at their own pace, develop trust in their bodies, and foster a sense of grounding and resilience.
Trauma-Informed Yoga is ideal for community groups, support organisations, wellbeing programs, or therapeutic settings. I can come to your space or host sessions in a quiet, supportive environment.
Please get in touch if you’d like to discuss arranging a class for your clients, community group, or workplace.

My Restorative Somatic style of Yin Yoga is a deliciously slow practice involving many poses on the ground surrounded by bolsters, cushion and blocks, in a lying, sitting or kneeling position.
Great attention is placed on being mindful and aware of your breath, while your body is draped in to various supported positions to allow gravity and time to slowly open up tight places of tension, while allowing the bodies connective tissues to release. The fascia and ligaments are targeted often providing great relief and an overwhelming feeling of calm as the parasympathetic nervous system is stimulated and stress hormones reduced.
I like to think of myself as a Panda Bear when practicing Yin Yoga. We spend most of the time lying or seated on the floor draped over bolsters and breathing.
Holding poses longer and infusing more space in to the body and mind with breath and presence is an amazing tonic to our normal state of stress and ongoing busyness.
My classes are for anybody and everybody. We start exactly where you are which is the perfect place to be.
