I offer trauma-informed, holistic counselling as an experienced social worker, creating a safe, nurturing, and grounded space where you can be deeply heard and supported. My work is anchored in professional practice and ethics, while also embracing a mindful, heart-centred approach that honours your whole being — mind, body, and soul.
Alongside supporting you through life’s challenges such as grief and loss, workplace stress, burnout, and mental health concerns, I also work with those who feel a quiet (or not so quiet) inner calling — lightworkers, sensitives, and star-seeded souls navigating awakening, purpose, and identity. Together, we gently explore what is unfolding within you, integrating emotional healing with deeper heart enquiry and soul remembrance.
With over 20 years’ experience, including Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, I walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom, resilience, and sense of meaning — supporting both practical life integration and your deeper soul journey.
Sessions are available online, by phone, or via secure video, offering compassionate, confidential support wherever you are in Australia. This is a space where healing meets insight, and where your humanity and your light are equally welcome.

About Me
Hi, I’m Mel, a holistic counsellor, yin yoga teacher, and energy healing practitioner with a deep love for walking beside others through life’s sacred thresholds.
I’m here for the raw, tender, and transformative seasons ... those moments when life stretches us, softens us, and calls us to become something new. Whether you’re navigating grief, burnout, anxiety, or sensing the quiet stirrings of change, know this: you don’t have to walk alone.
My work is rooted in the deep belief that healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and gently supported. In each session, I offer a soul-led sanctuary where all of you is welcome. I weave together grounded, intuitive practices, including deep listening, heart-led inquiry, yin yoga, reiki, breathwork, sound healing, soul song journeying, and light language ... to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and return to the wisdom within.
My approach is slow, spacious, and sacred. I honour the whole being ... body, mind, and spirit ... and meet you exactly where you are. This is a space to soften, to surrender, and to remember who you truly are beneath the stories, the stress, and the striving.
