Pregnancy Mindfulness & Relaxation is taught by Blossom and Berry’s Australian Trainer, Mel Craven. As an experienced Doula, and Prenatal Yoga Instructor Mel will share her wisdom and passion for holding spaces for pregnant people.
On completion of this course, you will have the confidence to lead Pregnancy Mindfulness & Relaxation classes which include simple stretches, gentle breathwork and relaxing meditations.
The mindfulness visualizations and meditations will assist each pregnant person to relax and breathe in to their heart space creating a more loving and peaceful environment for themselves and their baby.
If you are looking to offer a nurturing relaxed space for pregnant people, this course will empower you to teach the principles of relaxation, mindfulness and presence which are vital to prepare the path for birth and parenting.
